Fee Schedule

• 15 minute phone consultation to discuss how blue balloon can assist your child - FREE

• Initial parent / carer consultation (1.5 hours - 1 hour face to face and 0.5 hour formulating therapy plan) - $290

Private Fee Paying and NDIS Clients (Plan managed or Self managed)

• Play therapy session (45 minutes contact time / 15 minute pack up and note taking) - $193.99

• Travel - $193.99 per hour (charged pro rata - minimum travel charge 10 minutes).  Maximum travel times may apply

• Parent / carer consultation / review (45 minutes contact time / 15 minute note taking) - $193.99

• Reports - NDIS / comprehensive report (2 hours) - $387.98

• Other reports available, price will vary - please discuss your needs

• Lower fees may be charged to private fee paying clients if there is exceptional financial hardship.  This is at the discretion of the director.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a session otherwise full fees will apply
